Handmade Goods

We are a Hong Kong based bakery which aims to create innovative bread and pastry. We promised that every product is freshly baked everyday, so people can taste the best product.

  • Butter

    We use butter produced in France and have obtained EU AOP certification. AOP has strict regulations on production area, fermentation and maturation time, fermentation strains, temperature, etc. Therefore, butter that has obtained AOP certification is recognized as high quality.

  • Homemade Yeast

    We use fruits to create the yeast, therefore our bread contains a fruity smell.

  • Flour

    We use flour produced in France so that our products can restore the exquisiteness and deliciousness of French desserts. French flour has higher gluten than Japanese/Korean flour, so the kneading process requires more patience. With the efforts of the professional bakers, the baked goods will have a richer wheat aroma and a better taste.
